Our bacon is dry cured and cold smoked in a traditional wood fire smoker with Tasmanian oak.
We use Australia Post Express Post to deliver our product. It is packed in Poly boxes with ice packs and will get to most cities in Australia next day or at most 2 days. Regional area may be an issue if they are well away from normal mail runs, if in doubt ask your local post office about the time it will take to get an express post parcel to you. With perishable items they will keep their temperature in a poly box for 2 days. It is very important that you have an address where someone will be who can sign for the product, so most of the time a home address is not suitable, it needs to be a business address. (Unless of course someone is home all the time). Australia Post will not leave the parcel at your home unattended. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the product arrives asap and in good condition there are some things outside of our control, so if there is an issue with the product please let us know as soon as you recieve it. We don't always have all products on hand at all times, so we may email you to ask if a substitute can be made.
